How to make a Mixing Medium!!

Easy peesy!!!!
 Run to your local Walmart or drug store.  Pick up Glycerin (its by the rubbing Alcohol).
 And some distilled water (aka bottled water)
 Mix 3 parts water to 1 part glycerin.
You can put in a spray bottle (use like MAC fix plus) or an eye drop bottle.

 Try is on everything.   This is my route for my eye brows!!!
